WHY DID I MAKE THIS EBOOK?

A few years ago I began to investigate more about the traditional sweet preparations that are made throughout our country and I discovered that in addition to the most classic ones, there are many others that are only known locally, and therefore there are many more than we imagine.

I began to notice this when I told about the “pajaritos”, which could not be missing for the eighteenth in my house in Concepción, and I noticed that the vast majority of people in Santiago did not know them. I found it very strange that something so familiar to me, was so unknown in the capital, and it made me question how many other preparations have remained known only to a few.

The times I have talked about this topic on my Instagram, I have always discovered new preparations that I had never heard of, and they tell me about traditional sweets from their towns or regions, or some that their grandmothers used to make and have been passed down through generations, and this topic made me passionate.

I think it is very important to treasure, take care, know and spread the gastronomic heritage of our country, and with this ebook begins my way to contribute my bit.
