This recipe is an extremely easy and delicious alternative to your typical appetizers.

It’s ideal to add it to your appetizer boards and you can use it to dip biscuits, your favourite vegetables, or toast. I love to dip cherry tomatoes, or celery and carrot sticks!

It’s so easy and quick to make you can start making it now and you’ll have it ready in only a few minutes. You just need to whip it all together and you get a delicious consistency.

You can make it with store-bought ricotta or with the home-made version. Both are delicious, but depending on where you live, home-made might be cheaper. If you haven’t made your own at home, i really recommend it. I’m going to post the recipe soon.

I also love to use this recipe as a base for some pasta dishes. It’s amazing and makes pasta extra creamy.

You won’t regret making it!
